We just wanted to say thank you to you and your team on making the sale of our house and purchase of our new home the most painless we have ever experienced.  We were impressed by your organization skills and working with us to make sure we got our house ready for the selling window.   It is refreshing to find a team that executes on exactly what it says it’s going to do rather than the other way around.  Monika and Kris helped us immensely during the process in getting our house ready for sale.    
 
With respect to selling our house, your teaser marketing campaign built up hype to get people anticipating it to come on MLS.  Even I wanted to buy my house!  When it came to the negotiation with buyers, you acted on our behalf in a professional and fair manner to get us the best price.   Kevin also had our best interests at heart and gave us the honest goods on certain listings when he took us to see multiple homes rather than just going for the quick sale.   As a result, we love our new place.
